There are no hotels booked specifically for Scootergate, however we can provide the info for you:
Cheap $
Capitol City Hostel, 2411 Benning Rd, NE Washington, DC 20002 (202) 387-1328. If you are really low on dough and want to pretend you are a backpacker in Europe try the Capitol City Hostel for $15 - $20 a night. It's also the closest to the center of the action.
Moderate $$
Hotel Harrington 436 11th St. NW Washington DC 20004. They have accomodated Scootergate attendees in the past. Reasonable rates. Interestingly, they allow pets, so if you're thinking of bringing Fido check it out with the management as to rates, requirements, etc.
Red Roof Inn 500 H St. NW Washington DC 20001. Not sure if any of our rally participants have stayed here, but the price is right and it is in close proximity to several of our rally events.

Kellogg Conference Hotel, 800 Florida Ave N.E., Washington, DC 20002. If you are a high roller, try this hotel on the Gallaudet University campus. This is the best place to stay that's nearby and has all the bells & whistles you'd want for $300 a night.
